Warranty and Return

We provide a 7-year warranty on the wheel structure.

Forza Performance Group takes full responsibility for the quality of the rims, painting technology and compatibility of the rims with your vehicle.

We guarantee that when used properly, the disk will not change its consumer properties and technical parameters: its appearance will not change, there will be no defects in the form of cracks, chips or metal chips, and there will be no partial or complete destruction of the disk.

In the case of a warranty, we can always order exactly the same boards that were previously purchased from us and in the same quantity.

Please check your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is damaged or the wrong item has arrived so that we can assess the problem and take further action.



RULES FOR APPLICATION FOR WARRANTY SERVICE

Mandatory confirmation of the warranty claim is a photo or video showing a manufacturing defect or damage to the disk.

Examples:

  • Improperly balanced rims: Record a video of the rim without a tire on a balancer.
  • The boards were damaged by the transport company: write an appropriate report/complaint to the transport company, take a photo of the damage.


Send us a photo and video confirmation with your order number and drive model by email to sales@forzaaa.com. We will consider your request immediately and respond as soon as possible.


You have 14 days to return the product.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it: unused and in its original packaging. You will also need a receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a refund, please contact us at complains@forzaaa.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return label and instructions on how and where to ship your package. Items returned to us without prior request for return will not be accepted.
